From day one our consultants work to identify your key business issues and concerns. By applying this knowledge we are able to design a marketing solution tailored to your precise needs. There is no fixed design – each solution is unique to each particular client. This said, through implementing over 300 solutions across the world we have learned how to deploy our solutions efficiently and effectively with minimal disruption to the business.
Early on in the project, it is often unclear exactly what the marketing solution needs to deliver. We work with our clients to enable them to scope out a suitable solution, which includes identifying key business and systems issues that have to be addressed by any subsequent project. The primary aim of this activity is to create a common vision and to provide you with a framework for a subsequent project.
During the Project Initiation stage we establish the project teams, agree the terms of reference, define roles and responsibilities and produce a Project Plan. Following this the Analysis and Design phase focuses on the development of the solution design, which is documented in the Business Requirements and Functional Specifications.
